Hotels/Restaurant industry are looking for a charismatic and organized Hostess to join their restaurant team. As a selected candidate, you will be the first point of contact for their guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, seating guests, and assisting with various tasks to maintain a positive atmosphere in the restaurant.

Responsibilities of Hostess

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage and organize reservations to optimize seating efficiency.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and ensure a timely dining experience.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting reception area.
• Handle guest inquiries and address concerns with professionalism.
• Monitor and manage waiting lists during peak dining hours.

Requirements of Hostess

• Previous experience of less than 1 years as a hostess or in a customer facing role is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge desired

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
