Adecco Middle East is hiring Hostess(12 months extendable contract) for one of their reputed client in UAE. Responsibilities of Hostess

• As a Hostess, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Candidate will be the face of brand, responsible for ensuring that each customer receives a positive and memorable experience when visiting retail locations.
• Assist customers in navigating the store and provide product information.
• Manage customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support in organizing and hosting events or product launches.
• Uphold company standards for customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements of Hostess

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Assist customers in navigating the store and provide product information.
• The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Basic knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Due to nature of job role and its responsibilities candidates fluent in Russians are preferred.
