Responsibilities of Host/Coordinator

• The Host / Coordinator is the connection between the One&Only One Za’abeel and the Guests.
• Overseeing all Guests’ needs during the stay and assisting them with reservations, special events, refreshment center preferences, room orientation, guest laundry cleaning services, packing, unpacking of their luggage.
• Go beyond service basics, anticipating and creating everlasting memories for guests

Requirements of Host/Coordinator

• Certification/diploma in hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems .
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Have a strong guest drive.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
