Responsibilities of Hospital Director

• Provide leadership and guidance to the management team.
• Drive sustainable business development and growth.
• Build sustainable and productive strategic business relations with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide operational leadership through the implementation of relevant business strategies, plans and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of strategic objectives.
• Manage and monitor business unit capital and operational budgets and related financial performance.
• Implement and monitor governance, risk and compliance measures related to patient safety and regulatory requirements.

Role Requirements

Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Hospital Director at Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital:

• A relevant post graduate degree in Business.
• At least 5 years’ senior leadership experience in healthcare.
• Senior leadership experience in UAE healthcare will be an advantage.
