Heavy Duty Driver Al Tayer Group

Al Tayer Group is currently looking for a Heavy Duty Driver who will be responsible to transport the vehicles from Docks to the Pre delivery Centre and onto various Showrooms through out the UAE whilst optimizing routes and ensuring that all Health and Safety standards are met to ensure safety of the driver, equipment and the goods being carried.

Responsibilities of Heavy Duty Driver

• Ensure that maintain and clean the recovery vehicle daily, as well as regularly service and maintain it according to manufacturers’ and Al Tayer’s requirements.
• Vehicle delivery Collect vehicles from Docks, PDI Centre and deliver to various showrooms through out the UAE.
• Follow the schedule given by the Fleet Coordinator.
• Follow the correct procedure and safety standards.
• Check the vehicles for any damage and mark it in the document prior to loading and after unloading the vehicles.
• Insure adherence to traffic rules and regulations and be alert at all the times while driving so as to avoid any accidents.
• Update knowledge of UAE roads and locations on an ongoing basis to be able to choose the best routes for delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Heavy Duty Driver Al are as under: 

• High School / “O” Levels.
• 2-3 years relevant experience.
