Via Medica International Healthcare is looking for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter possessing international hiring expertise to join their Recruitment Team in Abu Dhabi. Role of Healthcare Recruiter
Responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source, attract, and hire top talent across various roles and departments.
Responsibilities of Healthcare Recruiter
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization’s goals. Address current and future hiring needs.
- Sourcing and Candidate Attraction: Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews, technical evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure candidates’ skills and qualifications match the job requirements.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs. Provide guidance on job descriptions, and set realistic expectations regarding the hiring process.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to make data-driven decisions and maintain a competitive edge in hiring.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and guide junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience as a Recruiter. Experience in a healthcare setting is a must.
- UAE Healthcare experience is a must.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Knowledgeable in PQR (Dataflow MOH,DOH,DHA) and Licensing process (DOH, DHA & MOH).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
