Job Description

NMC Hospital Abu Dhabi is looking for suitable candidate for the position of Healthcare assistant. Candidate must be qualified as per requirements in order to fulfill the tasks required out of him. Candidate must be suitably trained in his required field with up todate knowledge of work.

Tasks of Healthcare Assistant

  • Healthcare Assistant role is to assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care and conducting medical procedures.
  • Assist the Physician is the preparation of patients before treatment and consultation.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of clinical areas.
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with all health professionals as a unified team.
  • Understand and align with the mission and vision of the organization.
  • Practice according to the rules and regulations established by the Department of Health (DOH) for safe medical practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Current license in country of origin and with DOH license to practice in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • Minimum 2 years nursing experience after qualification.
  • BLS provider.
  • Good English spoken & written, Arabic language advantageous/desirable but not essential.
