Mira Real Estate Brokers LLC presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Head of Sales (Chinese/Turkish/European) in Park Heights tower 1 Level 6, office 601, Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Head of Sales
- Strategic planning and development of sales policies: Setting goals and tasks for the sales department, developing plans to achieve them.
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve agency business goals.
- Team management: Evaluating the performance of each agent/ROP, conducting regular meetings and motivational sessions.
- Recruiting, training & development of agents/ROPs (Real Estate Operations Professionals), including organizing training sessions to enhance their skills.
- Sales monitoring and analysis: Conducting regular monitoring and analysis of sales results to assess the effectiveness of the current strategy and promptly adjust plans in collaboration with marketing.
- Preparation of reports for management on the progress of sales plans and achieved results.
- Building cross sectional analytics in sales:
- Developing and implementing a cross sectional analytics system to track the customer journey from initial contact to purchase, including all interaction points across various promotion channels.
- Analyzing cross sectional analytics data to optimize marketing and advertising strategies, increase conversion rates & improve sales funnel efficiency.
- Digitalization of metrics and automation of reporting: Implementing advanced IT solutions for real time collection, processing & analysis of sales data.
- Developing automated reporting systems for key sales performance indicators (KPIs), including sales volumes, profitability, client base & effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Optimizing data collection and analysis processes to expedite management decision making based on up to date information.
- Optional: Interaction with key clients and partners:
- Establishing and maintaining long term relationships with important agency clients and partners.
- Negotiating and closing major deals, including developing individual proposals and cooperation terms.
- Sales process optimization: Developing and implementing new technologies and methods to improve the efficiency of the sales department.
- Optimizing internal processes to enhance customer service and increase sales volumes.
Requirements for Role of Head of Sales
- Higher Education in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the real estate sector, preferably in the Persian Gulf region.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its peculiarities.
- Ability to think analytically and make strategic decisions.
- High level of organization, leadership qualities and ability to motivate the team.
- Excellent command of the English language, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
