Responsibilities of Head Of Legal

• Manage all legal affairs by providing legal analysis, strategies, and solutions to ensure all business activities and teams are legally sound, effectively balancing risks with the achievement of business objectives.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, including those with clients, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Identifying legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate or manage them.
• Providing legal training to employees and management to increase awareness of legal issues and compliance.
• Perform any other related task as assigned by higher authorities.

Requirements Of Head Of Legal

• Minimum:Bachelors degree in law.
• Preffered:Masters degree or equivalent advanced legal education.
• At least 8-10 years experience in the legal leadership role with broader experience in contract negotiations.
• Possess a strong business acumen and a comprehensive comprehension of how legal matters impact organisations.
• Must be UAE National.
