Head of Finance Charterhouse Dubai

Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded and established private government company. The client is looking to hire a Head of Finance (UAE National) to join their team in Dubai. This role is for UAE Nationals only. Submit you application if you are interested.

Responsibilities of Head of Finance

• Developing and implementing financial strategies including financial budgeting, planning and forecasting that aligns with the overall organisation’s goals.
• Identify and manage financial risks and execute investment strategies to assist in investment management.
• In conjunction, this role will build relationships with stakeholders and external bodies such as investment partners, financial institutions and regulatory bodies as well as lead and manage the finance team effectively.

Requirements of Head of Finance

• Degree in finance, accounting or relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years preferably with a CA, CFA or CPA.
• Experience of working with a government entity would be highly desirable.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Strong leadership qualities.
• Analytical as well as process oriented.
• Highly motivated and result driven individual.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
