Head of Faculty – Mathematics – Sunmarke School, Dubai

Sunmarke School, part of Fortes Education, is seeking a dynamic Head of Faculty for Mathematics. This senior leadership role involves overseeing all mathematics teaching and learning from KS3 to A-Level and IB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Mathematics faculty, setting the vision for maths education
• Manage curriculum delivery across KS3, IGCSE, A-Level and IB DP
• Monitor and improve student outcomes through data analysis
• Conduct observations, provide coaching and lead CPD
• Manage department budget and resources

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics
• PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Minimum 5 years teaching with at least 2 in leadership
• Proven record of improving maths results
• Experience with both British curriculum and IB preferred

Salary and Benefits

• Tax-free salary: AED 20,000 – 28,000 per month
