Head of Faculty – Art and Design Technology – Sunmarke School, Dubai
Sunmarke School in Dubai is recruiting a Head of Faculty for Art and Design Technology. This senior faculty leadership role involves overseeing Art, Design Technology and related creative subjects across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Art and DT faculty, managing curriculum, staff and resources
- Set strategic direction for creative and practical subjects
- Monitor teaching quality and student outcomes across the faculty
- Manage faculty budget and specialist equipment
- Lead enrichment programmes, exhibitions and design projects
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design Technology or related field
- PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 5 years teaching with at least 2 in faculty leadership
- Experience leading across multiple creative disciplines
- Strong organisational and people management skills
Salary and Benefits
- Tax-free salary: AED 20,000 – 28,000 per month
