Head of Enterprise Architecture Seddiqi Holding UAE

Seddiqi Holding is currently looking for a Head of Enterprise Architecture in Umm Al Sheif, Dubai, UAE who will be playing a key role in shaping the technological future of organization. Candidate will involve in leading the strategic planning and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture, encompassing a wide range of technologies including Cloud and Infrastructure, Networking, Application Design Principles, Cyber Security Design, SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft technologies. The role holder will be responsible for aligning the IT strategy with business goals, ensuring that all technical solutions are scalable, sustainable and drive business efficiency. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 20000-40000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Strategic: Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide architecture strategy that aligns with the organization’s business goals and technological advancements.
• Lead the strategic integration of a broad range of technologies, including Microsoft platforms, Cloud Infrastructure, SAP S/4 HANA and Cybersecurity solutions.
• Champion innovation by exploring and implementing emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Foster a strategic partnership with IT leaders and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient architectural plans.
• Provide strategic leadership in the migration and adoption of new technologies, particularly focusing on Microsoft and SAP solutions.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Mentor and develop a team of architects, cultivating a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Operational: Day-to-day activities of the enterprise architecture team, ensuring effective execution of architectural strategies.
• Manage the design and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are compliant with architectural standards.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are incorporated into all IT solutions, particularly in Microsoft environments.
• Lead the operational aspects of SAP S/4 HANA integration and Microsoft technology deployments.
• Monitor and manage the performance of IT solutions, ensuring they deliver desired business outcomes.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the smooth implementation of IT projects.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to the enterprise architecture team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements for Role of Head of Enterprise Architecture

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT; Masters is a plus.
• Relevant IT Certifications related to Microsoft technologies are required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years in a technical architecture role (Senior).
• Proven experience in system architecture, design, and implementation.
