Job Description
Head of Emirates Holidays role will be responsible for Leading the integrated Emirates destination leisure management strategy and brand portfolio for the Emirates Group, ensuring a coherent Emirates proposition and leveraging Group strength. In addition to this you will drive increase customer share of wallet through improved efficiencies and synergy with the Airline. Drive efficiencies and customer and financial performance across the core pillars of Commercial, Operations, Business Support & MICE.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and drive the long-term strategic plan for Destination Leisure Management (DLM) ensuring integration with Emirates Commercial strategy and ensuring optimum profitability through innovative and on brand products. Develop and drive the strategic vision for DLM customer experience ensuring integration with the broader Emirates approach in terms of how customers interact with the broader Emirates brand. Develop and share the vision for the growth of the DLM division seeking opportunities to develop new brands with an overall focus on revenue and profitability.
- Drive a multiple supplier approach, ensuring in-house expertise to drive and manage multiple supplier relationships, ensuring optimum cost effectiveness and quality.
- Define and embed a performance-based culture and ensure values are aligned with business objectives within destination leisure management (DLM). Engage and share the vision and values to staff and key stakeholders ensuring a broad understanding of the shared goals. Build and inspire the senior leadership team. Ensure synergies across the structural verticals are identified and optimised.
- Identify, develop and drive a compelling e-commerce strategy ensuring plans are creative, in-line with multi-channel strategy and incorporate the brand vision. Embed seamless experiences through intuitive processes and ensuring a create and innovative approach to the current landscape and future thinking.
- Promote, and represent DLM at a national and international level by maintaining a presence at professional events and networks. Build and maintain beneficial professional relationships to develop profitable business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
To considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :Degree with emphasis on Business, Marketing & Sales.
- Commercial/Sales. Other : 15+ Years
- Experience in an airline /TMC / tour operator /service industry in a senior capacity
- Experience in developing and implementing destination leisure management strategic plans at a corporate level.
