Responsibilities

• The Head of Asset Management will be responsible for managing clients, providing real estate valuations, assisting on real estate budgets with a focus on strategy and risk management within asset and property management.
• In addition, this role will also coordinate with senior management and apply best practices and standards to local laws and regulations.

Requirements of Head of Asset Management 

• Education:Bachelors degree ideally within real estate management or another relevant field.
• Minimum:10 years of work experience.
• Experience of working with a government entity would be highly desirable.
• This role is for UAE Nationals only.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• The ideal candidate should be able to work independently.
• Strong negotiation and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Analytical as well as process oriented.
