Job Description
Miral Experiences presently has a job opening for suitably qualified candidate for position of a Hard Services Team Leader in Abu Dhabi. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 5000-7000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Hard Services Team Leader
- Hospitality or Theme Park environment FM trainings which involves all the MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) systems including civil works.
- Computer Literate (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
- Ability to work under pressure, persistent and Team oriented
- Must have a minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in the maintenance field in either hospitality or theme park industry.
- Technical experience and knowledge of the following: HVAC-R/BMS, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Landscaping.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fun and busy environment including managing multiple deadlines, tasks and projects.
- Aware of international and local regulation/standards in regards to Facilities work.
Requirements for Role of Hard Services Team Leader
- High School Diploma, Trade Certificate/License or Related Course Diploma.
- Must have a minimum of at least 4 years’ experience in the maintenance field in either hospitality or theme park industry.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Knowledge of Maximo will be a plus advantage.
- Knowledge of energy conservation strategies.
