Purpose of A Guest Services Officer
Handles all customers matters ensuring positive customer experience from the moment guests enter the hotel till the time they leave.
Duties of A Guest Services Officer
- Meet and greet guest.
- Handle all guest questions & inquiries.
- In case of any complaints, act immediately and solve them at priority.
- Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
- Ensures adherence to all customer satisfaction indicators to ensure service excellence.
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
Skills Desired
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skulls
- The ability to understand customer needs, address inquiries and provide exceptional service is vital.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
