The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for guests in hospitality settings, often acting as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities Of Guest Services Executive

  • Upon guests’ arrival, extend a warm welcome and complete the registration process, providing them with room keys neatly arranged in the designated welcome booklet.
  • Handle guest payments upon check-in and check-out and accurately settle their bills.
  • Deliver tailored check-in services specifically designed for VIP guests.
  • Maintain and update guest profiles and historical records meticulously.
  • Offer efficient assistance throughout guests’ stays, catering to their various needs and requests.
  • Enroll guests in the Jumeirah One Loyalty Membership Program to enhance their experience.
  • Effectively sell available rooms to walk-in guests, maximizing revenue at the highest possible rate.
  • Maintain constant operational readiness and presence at the reception desk, ensuring it remains well-stocked and adequately staffed.
  • Safeguard guest privacy by strictly adhering to security protocols, preventing the disclosure of any guest details to unauthorized individuals.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s services and facilities to provide guests with informed recommendations.
  • Arrive punctually for shifts and adhere to the appropriate uniform and grooming guidelines.
  • Oversee the reception email inbox, ensuring efficient and timely communication in handling incoming inquiries.

Requirements Of Guest Services Executive

  • High School diploma or certification in hospitality.
  • 2+ years working experience in a similar role within a reputed hospitality brand.


Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and a second language (Russian, German, Arabic or French) would be an added advantage.
  • Computer knowledge, i.e. basic experience with windows, internet explorer and word.
  • Familiarity and proficiency in utilizing Fidelio/Opera and HotSos is a plus.
