An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive – Concierge in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The job holder will be responsible to ensures exceptional guest experiences by managing check-ins, resolving inquiries, and coordinating guest services to exceed expectations and enhance satisfaction during their stay.

Responsibilities of Guest Services Executive

  • Engage in focused conversations with guests to discern their preferences and expectations, fostering a personalized and tailored experience.
  • Proactively anticipate and address the comprehensive requirements of each guest, ensuring their unique stay is a resounding success through attentive and anticipatory service.
  • Assist guests in the recommendation, booking, and organization of various activities, including sightseeing, shopping, arts, and cultural experiences, tailoring suggestions to individual preferences.
  • Arrange limousine transportation requests with a strategic focus on maximizing revenue, ensuring a seamless and luxurious travel experience for guests.
  • Respond promptly to all guest needs and requests, employing effective communication skills within available resources and coordinating with other departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a detailed daily record of guest requests, reservations, and confirmations via the E-Concierge, ensuring a systematic and organized approach to guest services.
  • Effectively communicate with both management and colleagues regarding internal and external events, available resources, and potential challenges to ensure a cohesive and informed team approach.

Requirements of Guest Services Executive 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel setting.
  • Prior work experience in Dubai.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, or any European language.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with effective organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities.
