Jumeirah Emirates Towers is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of Guest Services Executive. The selected candidate will handle guest inquiries, check-ins and check-outs, and provides personalized service to enhance guest experience. Responsibilities of Guest Services Executive
- Must possess extensive & respective domain (Spa, Health Club, Front Office Operations & Experience Team) answer all queries associated with facilities, products, and services to all members/guests.
- Guide, promote and upsell product and services associated with respective domain (Spa, Health Club, Front Office Operations & Experience Team) where applicable thus contributing to increase sales and repeat business.
- Answer phones and use applications as per respective domain to handle bookings, scheduling and billing.
- Perform any other job duty as assigned by higher authorities.
Requirements of Guest Services Executive
- High School diploma or certification in hospitality.
- 2+ years working experience in a similar role within a reputed hospitality brand.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and a second language (Russian, German, Arabic or French) would be an added advantage.
- Computer knowledge, i.e. basic experience with windows, internet explorer and word.
- Familiarity and proficiency in utilizing Fidelio/Opera and HotSos is a plus.
