Nuska Beach Restaurant at Jumeirah Beach Hotel is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Guest Services Executive Front Office. The selected candidate will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and smooth operation of front desk activities.

Responsibilities of Guest Services Executive

  • Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival and complete the check in formalities in accordance with Jumeirah Standards.
  • Take payment from guests on arrival and departure and close their bills in compliance with the financial rules and regulations.
  • Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements.
  • Sell rooms to walk-in guests, maximizing the Hotel revenue. Upsell rooms, suites, breakfast packages and Jumeirah restaurants proactively.
  • Perform any other job duty as assigned by higher authorities.

Requirements of Guest Services Executive

  • High School diploma or certification in hospitality.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in other 5-start properties

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Proficient in spoken and written business English
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels
  • Multilingual with proficiency in at least one additional language.
  • Excellent Problem solving skills.
  • Good time management skills.Adaptability skills
