An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive (Front Office) in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. This position includes handling check-ins and check-outs, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions, and addressing any guest concerns or requests. The executive is instrumental in maintaining the hotel’s high standards of service and plays a key role in fostering a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests.

Responsibilities of Guest Services Executive

  • Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival and complete the check in formalities in accordance with Jumeirah Standards.
  • Take payment from guests on arrival and departure and close their bills in compliance with the financial rules and regulations.
  • Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements.
  • Sell rooms to walk-in guests, maximizing the Hotel revenue. Upsell rooms, suites, breakfast packages and Jumeirah restaurants proactively.

Requirements of Guest Services Executive

The requirements of Guest Services Executive are as under:

  • High School diploma or certification in hospitality.
  • 2 years of Front Desk experience in a 5-star Hotel
