The selected candidate will be responsible to provide efficient customer services from hotel’s Front Office. This vacancy was announced today and is open for applications now.
Job Purpose of A Guest Services Agent
The moment a guest steps into hotel, you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm presence. You have the important job of guiding guests through their stay, from smooth check ins and check outs to insights on the local attractions and eateries, you will be remembered for your superb customer service and positive energy.
Job Duties of A Guest Services Agent
- Providing an outstanding guest welcoming experience by demonstrating care, a commitment to service excellence and maintaining the front office and reception operational standards.
- Meeting guests and customers when they arrive and settle them in their rooms.
- Maintaining professional, open and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.
- Availability to work shifts between Monday to Sunday.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum a High school.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a three or four star hotel.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Professional interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- With a pleasing personality, good customer service.
- Russian and Arabic Speaker candidate preferred.
