Job Description

This Guest Room Technician job at LXR Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi is a full-time on-site role for handy, reliable folks who fix everything from leaky taps to flickering lights to keep guest rooms perfect. You’ll work in the engineering team, doing daily checks, quick repairs, and team-ups with housekeeping to avoid disruptions, all while the hotel opens in December 2025. Shifts are 40 hours a week, rotating. Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 a month, about AED 60,000 to AED 84,000 a year, plus Hilton perks like health insurance and 25 days leave. You need basic maintenance skills and a service mindset. No degree required.   • Respond to guest calls fast.

Requirements

Education

Experience
