As the Guest Relations Manager for the Link, the individual will serve as a dedicated representative, tasked with fostering and cultivating relationships with guests to enhance customer loyalty and optimize revenue generation. Responsibilities of Guest Relations Manager

• Guest Relation Manager will actively promote customer retention, attract new business, and effectively convey any special requests or needs of guests to the restaurant management team.
• Demonstrating a profound understanding and passion for the brand they represent.
• The Guest Relation Manager will play an integral role in constructing and maintaining the guest database while actively participating in its management.

Requirements of Guest Relations Manager

• Bachelors degree in hospitality management.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential qualifications.
• Additionally, a dedicated commitment to and passion for the Food and Beverage industry is expected.
