Jumeirah Group presently has job opening for eligible candidate for position of a Guest Relations Executive. The aspiring candidate will work at Jumeirah Beach hotel in Dubai (subsidiary of Jumeirah Group). Job Purpose of A Guest Relations Executive

To ensure a positive and memorable experience for guests by addressing their needs and concerns in a hospitality setting.

Duties of A Guest Relations Executive

• Schedule dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for customers according
  to the Restaurant Reservations SOP.
• Actively uses the standards detailed in F&B Enquiry/ Booking checklist when taking Restaurant
  enquiries or bookings.
• Greet guests, and escorts them as required.
• Must familiarize with the menu to answer guest’s queries.
• Ensure that all complaints are promptly attended to and check with the guest for feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of all in-house services as well as local information and must be able to assist guests as per their enquiries.
• provide appropriate products, services, or information in line with heart of Jumeirah.
• Maintain working knowledge of the dining room layout, table numbers, stations and colleagues working during each shift.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• High school graduate.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience at 5* luxury hotel.

Skills Desired 

• Proficient in spoken and written business English.
• Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels.
