Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for Guest Relations Executive in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The job holder is responsible to providing personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their stay is both comfortable and memorable. This role involves welcoming guests, addressing and resolving their inquiries and requests, and acting as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments
Responsibilities of Guest Relations Executive
- Assist guests with general inquiries about the hotel, its facilities, and daily events and functions.
- Conduct pre arrival calls or emails to guests to reconfirm their reservation and obtain additional information and preferences during the stay.
- Inspect the rooms of VIP guests prior to their arrival at the hotel.
- Conduct curbside check-ins and escorting of guests to their rooms.
- Assist with check ins, check outs, and concierge duties when needed.
- Provide tours of the hotel and its facilities as requested.
- Order and ensure timely delivery of amenities for VIP arrivals and requests for special arrangements.
Requirements of Guest Relations Executive
- High School diploma or certification in hospitality or tourism or in related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sufficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, HotSOS, and Opera PMS).
- Flexible schedule to meet demands of hotel occupancy.
- Fluency in English and additional language (German language is a plus).
