As a Guest Relations Executive Food & Beverage Jumeirah Al Naseem, candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Primary responsibility will be to create welcoming and memorable atmosphere for guests, fostering positive relationships and exceeding their expectations.

Key Duties of A Guest Relations Executive

• Guest Relations Executive is responsible to maintain efficient workflow by adhering to the Sequence of Service and all timeframes and standards detailed in relevant SOP in the F&B Standard’s Manual.
• To responsible for the warm welcome of all the restaurant’s guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• To identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service.
• To recognize customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation according to individual level of responsibility.
• To offer assistance to colleagues when required, to ensure designated work goals are met.
• To a working knowledge of the dining room layout, table numbers, stations and colleagues working during each shift.
• To familiar with the menu to answer any questions the guests may have and should inform guests of any specials at time of seating.

Required Qualification

• Minimum a high school.
• Two years of restaurant experience in a 5 star hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.
• Previous experience in a similar guest facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
