Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Dubai is hiring for the job role of Guest Relations Agent. This is an entry level job. There is no nationality and gender restriction for this job, all nationality and both males and females can apply for this job.

Responsibilities of Guest Relations Agent

  • Understand and empathize with guests’ needs and concerns helps in creating a positive guest experience.
  • Handle various tasks simultaneously, such as managing reservations, coordinating special requests, and maintaining guest records. Strong organizational skills are a must.
  • Ensuring accuracy in guest information, reservations, and requests is important to avoid misunderstandings and errors.
  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests.
  • Adds personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
  • Welcomes and registers hotel VIP guests, in-room check in / out, billing formalities and etc.

Requirements of Guest Relations Agent

  • Diploma / Certification or training in hospitality.
  • 2 years previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A strong customer service mindset is vital.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a proactive and diplomatic manner is crucial.
  • Dealing with a diverse range of guests, some of whom may be challenging, requires patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Candidate should be adaptable and able to handle unexpected situations gracefully.
  • Fluency in multiple languages can be a significant asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of Opera.
