Guest Experience Agent at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara Abu Dhabi is responsible to create unforgettable experiences for guests by providing exceptional service and anticipating their needs, ensuring a memorable stay.

Responsibilities of Guest Experience Agent

  • Previous Guest Relations experience in a luxury service environment.
  • Well spoken and attention to highest grooming standards.
  • English and other European languages are an advantage.
  • Strong skills in using Microsoft Office and other systems (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Opera PMS, Messagebox, Anantara App)
  • Required to work independently.
  • Able to balance work load between administrative tasks and guest interaction on a luxury level (e.g. pre arrival arrangements and guest communication, arrival amenity preparation, coordinating special occasion experiences, receiving guest feedback through direct contact and courtesy calls and more).
  • Reporting to a Guest Experience Manager and working closely with Butlers.
  • Able to support Reception tasks when needed.

Requirements of Guest Experience Agent

  • College diploma in hotel management or related field.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Luxury hotel experience is must.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Experience with Front Office Systems.
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken.
