CAFU is currently hiring for the job position of a Growth Manager in Dubai who will be a key member of the Marketing and Product Leadership team and collaborate across all levels and departments within the organization especially with core marketing, partnerships as well as Brand, Product and Performance marketing teams. You have a deep passion for aggressively engaging and making customers become advocates and power users of your products. This is a senior level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 20000 AED to 40000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Growth Manager

  • Set full-funnel organic growth strategy to support CAFU’s growth and CAC goals, and ultimately increase our customer LTV.
  • Leading growth marketing strategy and informing customer-facing experience across acquisition and retention.
  • Build dashboards by yourself and with your teams for measuring a sharing results on business-critical KPIs related to growth and own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Design and implement optimization tests across our end-to-end customer funnel (from acquisition through lifecycle retention).
  • Develop and drive lifecycle retention program, including transactional messaging, trigger programs and large-scale campaigns.
  • Partner with the CAFU Brand Marketing team to develop assets, landing pages, emails, and reporting needed to manage programs at launch and beyond, refining communication strategy and optimizing creative performance across the funnel, ensuring we deliver consistent and resonate messaging across all performance channels

Eligibility Requirements for Growth Manager

  • Top tier under-graduate degree (MBA a bonus).
  • 10+ years best-in-class experience in B2C, ideally within Ride Hailing, Mobility, Cartech, Startup, E-Commerce categories.
  • Growth-stage start-up experience highly valued.
  • Experience working across the full marketing funnel and across the marketing mix.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • A background in owning, managing, and scaling a budget, forecasting, and delivering on monthly goals of spend Retention and LTV.
  • Both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies.
  • A highly organized “doer,” with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action.
