Job Description
Chalhoub Group is actively seeking energetic and enthusiastic Growth Hacker Trainee to join Corporate Innovation team for a 6 months period, focusing on the growth of SOL3MATES and new streetwear brands through direct-to-consumer channels in Dubai. This role is ideal for those based in the UAE and eager to dive into the world of growth marketing and e-commerce. This vacancy was posted by Maya Batrouni Talent Acquisition Partner.
Responsibilities of Growth Hacker Trainee
- Assist in growth marketing initiatives for SOL3MATES and its DTC brands (paid and organic social, email, community building, event organization, etc).
- Support growth marketing efforts for Roblox brands.
- Contribute to the launch of Corporate Innovation projects.
- Collaborate in testing and marketing new business models for the Group following lean startup methodologies.
Profile
- A budding digital marketer with a keen interest in developing a wide range of skills and a particular focus on organic and paid growth of DTC brands.
- A proactive learner with an analytical mindset who is excited about executing guerilla marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions.
- Ready to be hands-on with campaign execution, learning to manage without the reliance on external agencies.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, willing to apply your skills to new and existing brands within the Chalhoub Group.
- Should be recognized for strong work ethic and positive attitude by peers.
Personality
- An affinity for streetwear, emerging platforms like Roblox and web3 is required.
- Previous exposure to no-code/low-code development solutions, marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms.
- A willingness to work hard and learn.
Requirements for Role of Growth Hacker Trainee
- No formal degree required, but a strong interest and some exposure to DTC brand growth strategies are desirable.
- Previous experience or strong interest in DTC E-commerce.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- An understanding of Digital Marketing principles.
- Basic knowledge of Customer Acquisition techniques.
- Interest in Retention and Customer Loyalty strategies.
- A desire to learn Data Analysis and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Enthusiasm for Testing and Experimentation in marketing.
