Responsibilities of Groups & Events Coordinator

  • Ensures that all team responses to inquiries for potential bookings, made via telephone, internet.
  • Supervises the work of the reservations team.
  • Helps meet the department’s quantitative and qualitative targets.
  • Implements brand and Group projects and identity features (all the keys to the city, service certification, ALL, etc.).
  • Make sure to provide an excellent introduction to the Hotel and its services with regards to the information given about the hotel and surrounding area.
  • Ensures that administrative procedures never take priority over guest relations.
  • Takes into account and anticipates guests’ needs.
  • Deals swiftly, efficiently, and sensitively with guest complaints that cannot be settled directly by team members and follows through.
  • Conveys the brand and hotel image through his/her irreproachable attitude.

Requirements of Groups & Events Coordinator

  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
