Government Relations Manager Danube Properties Dubai

Danube Properties is looking for a Conveyance Manager/Government Relations Manager in Ml Sheikh Zayed Rd, opposite Times Square Center, Al Manara, Dubai, UAE to manage the task of compliance of the regulatory authority rules & regulations. Manage the team in executing the task on timely basis and ensure that company is legally compliant of the regulations. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-40000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Government Relations Manager

• Providing daily briefing to the team and allocation work of unit Registration / De-registration / Transfer etc. between the team.
• Monitor the task of the team in Oqood System related to unit registration / de-registration / transfer / termination / mortgage release etc.
• Assisting senior in drafting standard SPA document during project inception.
• Approving handover department request of transferring the property to user.
• Completing and lodging documents with the Dubai Land Department to ensure that the ownership transfer occurs smoothly.
• Applying for necessary No objection Certificates from developers.
• Ensuring that all special conditions in the contract are fulfilled before issuance of Title Deed to customer.
• Completing termination of contracts on behalf of individuals and developers, liaising with relevant legal parties, lawyers, and government bodies to insure a smooth termination process.
• Deal with all compliance matters, administration, finance, and queries involved in a property transaction with regard to DLD system.
• Perform regular visit to government authority office for project registration & other relevant matters.

Requirements for Role of Government Relations Manager

• Graduate in Law, preferably with the combination of Business Management Studies.
• At least 8-12 years’ experience in a similar role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Demonstrable skills in real estate sector and preferable to have major exposure towards the regulatory compliance work.
