Job Description
Government Relations Executive/Admissions Secretary at GEMS Al Barsha National School is responsible to organize and manage the admission procedures of students in order to maintain school specific enrolment budget consistently throughout the academic year. Ensuring all students are registered in accordance with the GEMS Enrolment Process and the specific governing body (such as KHDA).

Job Requirements of Government Relations Executive/Admissions Secretary
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Education Administration, Public Relations, or Communications.
- Minimum 2 year experience in similar role.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Strong communication skills with excellent standard of written and spoken English.
- Excellent ICT skills desirable.
- Able to handle a range of tasks, work under pressure and relate well to children and colleagues.
- Solid time management skills.
- Analytical thinking.
