Job Description
Etihad Airways is presently hiring skilled and motivated candidate for the job role of Government Relation Administrator in Abu Dhabi. The role holder will work with the visa team, dealing with walk-in and online requests, entering various data formats accurately into Etihad Airways systems and Authorities systems. Role Holder will be fluent in Arabic, with customer-facing work experience and interested in the 24/7 fast-paced, environment (shiftwork).
Responsibilities of Government Relation Administrator
- Create data entry accurately and efficiently into authorities’ system.
- Liaises with all the authorities and build a good working relationship with them to ensure a smooth and speedy process of all documents of EAG staff, guests, etc.
- Administer the essential duties related to the processing of Residential and Commercial visa or other government related documents on behalf of EAG.
- Handle emails & phone calls for applications queries.
- Sensible consideration and confidentiality of personal and medical information of applicants.
Eligible Requirements
The eligibility requirement for role of Government Relation Administrator are as under:
- Minimum of high school certificate is required.
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position or/and customer service.
Knowledge And Skills Desired
- Fluency in Arabic language.
- Pro-active with great attention to detail.
