Global Mobility Manager at PwC helps their local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace. As part of their Global Mobility team, role holder helps with all human resource related aspects of international assignments including tax, immigration, mobility consulting, and expatriate compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities of A Global Mobility Manager
- Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
- Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.

- Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm’s/client’s expectations.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points.
- Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
- Oversee internal transfers and assignments within the PwC network.
- Manage a team of 3 individuals.
- Manage Gateway EMEA talent Mobility Programme.
- Liaise with HCBLs xLoS, Recruitment teams, leadership, stakeholders, GM network; onboarding, visa and travel teams.
- Provide assignment costings to the Middle East Business.
- Advice on most cost efficient assignment type.
- Tie in Global Mobility to HC strategies such as Nationalisation, L&D programmes.
- Data reporting to stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Global Mobility Manager are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
