Responsibilities of Generative AI Technical Product Owner

• Developing and maintaining a clear vision and strategy for AI initiatives within the bank, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall business objectives.
• Managing a team of 5-10 developers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication among team members.
• Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer needs.

Requirements of Generative AI Technical Product Owner

The requirements of Generative AI Technical Product Owner are as under:

• Must be CSPO or SAFE Product Owner Certified
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Ownership Experience with Scrum / SAFE Delivery Methodologies
• Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Experience in identifying and mitigate risks related to AI product development and deployment.
• Experience in ensuring the products developed adhere to the highest standards of quality and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in software development and AI model development.
• Experience in taking AI products from concept to deployment.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with the banking industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively.
• Ability to apply your technical knowledge in software development and AI to guide the team in solving complex problems and implementing efficient solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including business teams, IT, and external partners, to ensure successful product deployment and integration
• Ability to stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and generative models, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the lab.
