Responsibilities of General Helper
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and distributing materials and supplies.
- Support team members in various departments by completing tasks as assigned.
- Operate and maintain various equipment and machinery with proper training.
- Assist with assembly and packaging of products according to specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Requirements of General Helper
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar role is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery operation is a plus.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
