Job Description
A dentist is a healthcare professional who specializes in the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases and conditions related to the oral cavity and surrounding structures, including the teeth, gums, jaw, and mouth. Currently, Alpha Health Group is seeking a General Dentist to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities of General Dentist
- Monitor and provide general care to patients in Dental Department.
- Examine and talk to patients to diagnose their medical conditions.
- Make notes, both as a record of treatment and for referral.
- Liaise with other medical and non-medical staff in the Medical Centre to ensure quality treatment.
- Work with other doctors as part of a team and strictly adhere to follow internal referral policy.
- Provide consultation to patient (appointment & walk-in) until the end of their duty hours.
- Do not reject or refer any patient without consulting and proper documentation.
- Promote health education among patients.
Qualifications & Experience
Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of General Dentist at Alpha Health Group:
- BDS from accredited Dental College.
- DHA Licensed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Skills
- Excellent diagnostic skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to work on-call hours.
- Can communicate in more than one language.
