Responsibilities of General Assistant

• To provide a comprehensive administrative support function to the department.
• To provide patient transport services as well as general running functions to ensure delivery of equipment, documents and supplies where needed.
• Provide relevant patient support services, including inspection of facilities before, during and after patient stay to ensure adherence to safety and other related standards.
• Perform general reception services for the ward to ensure great reception of patients and visitors.

Role Requirements

• A Grade 12 certificate.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting will be an advantage.

Job Skills & Knowledge
