Responsibilities of General Assistant

Following are the responsibilities for the said job:

  • Assist with general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Support day to day operations by handling routine office duties.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleanliness tasks in the office or facility.
  • Provide support to different departments as required.
  • Run errands and perform tasks outside the office when necessary.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements of General Assistant

Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of General Assistant:

  • A Grade 12 certificate.
  • Previous experience of less than 1 year in a similar role.
