Fruits Picker IIQAF Group Dubai

IIQAF Groups is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team as a Fruits Picker. In this role, you will assist in harvesting fruit in their orchard, ensuring that only the highest quality produce is selected. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 3000 AED to 6000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Fruits Picker

• Harvest fruit in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Inspect fruit for quality and remove any damaged or unsuitable produce
• Operate hand tools, such as pruning shears and picking poles, to reach and gather fruit from trees.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the orchard, including picking up fallen fruit and debris.
• Sort and pack harvested fruit into designated containers for transportation.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with relevant regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Eligibilty Requirements for Fruits

• High School Diploma.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

Skills Desired

• Physically fit with the ability to work long hours standing and bending.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize and remove damaged fruit.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination to operate hand tools effectively.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of farming practices and familiarity with fruit varieties.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
