Responsibilities of Front Office Team Leader
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating and guiding the team to achieve organizational/departmental goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Lead the team by example by demonstrating compassion, honesty, and integrity.
- Ensure all personnel, clients and their guests are greeted and attended to in a professional, efficient, and discreet manner, where applicable.
- Deal with guests’ enquiries & complaints professionally, record any relevant details and notify the supervisor.
- Ensure familiarization and adherence to compliance with your respective domain policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Eligibility Requirements
The requirements of Front Office Team Leader area as under:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in other 5-start properties within the rooms department.
Skills and Knowledge desired
- Proficient in spoken and written business English.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels.
- Multilingual with proficiency in at least one additional language.
