Responsibilities of Front Office Manager

• Monitor and manage the business unit front office function aimed at optimal operational performance and client centric service delivery in line with company standards and financial governance principles.
• To manage and lead the team.
• To coordinate physician appointment scheduling in order to address patient and business needs.
• To monitor and manage the daily Front Office operations.
• Drive patient experience.
• Drive operational efficiencies through effective monitoring and management of departmental KPI’s.

Role Requirements

Following are the required qualifications and experience for the role of Front Office Manager at Mediclinic Welcare Hospital:

• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a healthcare environment of which at least 3 years were in a management or supervisory position.

Job Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of Client service and related management principles.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Conflict management skills.
• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of financial principles and sense for business.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Workforce planning and scheduling ability.
• In-depth Knowledge of UAE healthcare industry.
