Mediclinic is currently looking for a dedicated and proficient candidate for the role of Front Office Manager. The successful applicant will join Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital to perform his duties. Responsibilities of Front Office Manager
- To monitor and manage the business unit front office function aimed at optimal operational performance and client centric service delivery in line with company standards and financial governance principles.
- To manage and lead the team.
- To coordinate physician appointment scheduling to ensure patient and business needs are addressed.
- To monitor and manage the daily Front Office operations.
- Drive patient experience.
- Drive operational efficiencies through effective monitoring and management of departmental KPI’s.
Who can Apply?
Interested candidates possessing the following eligibility criteria can apply for the role of Front Office Manager:
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a healthcare environment of which at least 3 years were in a management or supervisory position.

- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
