Duties of Front End Developer

• Comfortable co-creating design briefs with product owners and stakeholders. As and when needed, provide inputs to the product roadmap from experience perspective.
• Iteratively conceptualize, explore, evaluate Web/Mobile experience and lead the experience design, front end development of the same.
• Deliver multiple options to debate and critique within design team.
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes and prototypes in a complexed echo system at a fast speed.
• Manage UX usability testing.
• Ensure and manage healthy relationships with partners, agencies to ensure 360-degree support.
• Monitor and manage delivery of desired levels of output from design and development teams.
• Work with developers to assess the feasibility of implementing solutions to meet targeted deliverables within time.
• Conceptualize interaction design, screen layout, and behavior of features in line with digital brand guidelines along with UI Designers.
• Proactively support other team members to share team workload.

Job Requirements For Front End Developer

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in Design or related fields.

Experience

• 5-7 years’ work experience in User Experience / Digital Product Design role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Expert in user experience design for online or app ecosystems. Experience with user centric research and evaluation, insights and analysis.
• Solid demonstration of journey creation and experience prototyping.
• Expert in visualizing design concepts using Sketch for teams, Adobe XD, In-vision Enterprise, Figma.
• Peer reviews and give constructive design critique to other UX and UI designers.
• Comfortable working in fast paced agile environment.
• Flexible attitude to business and design direction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Resourceful, independent self-starter.
• Ability to manage and coordinate the work of others, both internal staff and external agencies.
