The Real Estate industry in Dubai is currently seeking candidate for the position of Front Desk Officer to join them. This is a mid career, full time role requiring high school diploma with proven experience as a front desk officer or in similar receptionists role.. The salary for this role ranges from 3501 AED to 4000 AED which may be slightly negotiable during the interview.
Responsibilities of Front Desk Officer
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Register guests, issue visitor badges, and provide necessary information or assistance.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs for guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and monitor access to the premises.
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements of Front Desk Officer
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Front Desk Officers, Receptionist, or similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
