Responsibilities of Front Desk Officer
- Must empathize with clients, possess a firm belief in the quality of care, and effectively communicate services and recommendations.
- Additionally, managing doctors’ appointments, assisting visitors, handling parcels, generating bills, and coordinating with insurance companies are crucial tasks.
- Implement administrative systems, procedures, and policies while providing as administrative services.
- Responsible for mailing, data entry, mailing, scanning and other office tasks.
- Greet all visitors pleasantly, with a smile on face.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Develop and update meeting agendas, schedules, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Role Requirements

- Work Experience: 2+ years of client service and front office experience.
