Job Purpose of A Forecasting and Research Senior Analyst

• The job purpose is to offer analytical support for aviation market research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing traffic growth and gaining Customer Insights for Dubai International and Dubai World Central airports.
• This role involves analyzing traffic performance, on-time performance, market opportunities, and risks, as well as assessing customer sentiments.
• Additionally, it entails the responsibility of producing routine traffic analysis reports and maintaining data repositories vital for diverse market development and customer experience (CX) activities, encompassing tasks like traffic analysis and forecasting.

Duties of A Forecasting and Research Senior Analyst

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth market research to assess specific airlines network and market sizes in their catchment areas to Dubai.
• Collaborate with the manager and senior analyst to analyze and devise effective marketing strategies for Dubai Airports in these markets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate the findings and analysis effectively.

Performance Reporting and Trend Analysis

• Generate routine reports, including monthly management information reports that track airport performance metrics such as
  passenger numbers, cargo volumes, aero-revenue, and flight schedules.
• Provide comprehensive written commentary on observed trends, backed by thorough analysis that identifies opportunities and
  risks related to airport performance.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Data Visualization.
